基于多元信息的电梯健康度评价方法OA
Elevator Health Evaluation Method Based on Multi-Source Information
针对机场航站楼等公共场所电梯类型多样、客流量大、运行频次高且易超负荷运行的特点,以及直接采集控制系统信息可能引发的安全问题,构建了一种非侵入式电梯运行状态监测系统,以实现对电梯全天候运行状态的监控.研究并提出了基于多元运行信息的电梯健康度评价方法,采用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)和熵权法分别确定主客观权重,并结合最小信息熵原理进行权重融合,建立组合权重体系,进而运用模糊综合评价法对电梯健康状态进行实时评估.现场实验验证表明,该系统可有效监控电梯运行因素、振动因素和环境因素,准确识别导轨弯曲、阶跃、失调等典型故障对健康度的影响.实际部署应用表明,该系统运行稳定,数据采集完整,对提升运行效率具有重要的实际意义.
Addressing the characteristics of diverse elevator types,high passenger flow,frequent operation,and susceptibility to overload in public places such as airport terminals,as well as the potential security risks of di-rectly accessing control system information,a non-intrusive elevator operation status monitoring system is con-structed for round-the-clock monitoring.Furthermore,the elevator health evaluation method based on multi-source operational information is proposed,which uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method to determine subjective and objective weights respectively,integrates them via the minimum in-formation entropy principle to establish a combined weighting system,and applies the fuzzy comprehensive e-valuation method for real-time health assessment.Field experimental verification shows that the system can ef-fectively monitor elevator operational factors,vibrational factors,and environmental factors,and accurately iden-tify the impact of typical faults such as guide rail bending,step irregularities,and misalignment on elevator health.The actual deployment application demonstrates that the system operates stably,collects complete data,and holds significant practical importance in enhancing operational efficiency.
