针对航空航天领域RS485总线设备在可靠性测试中面临的故障模拟不全面、操作复杂和效率低下等问题,提出了一套能够实现物理层、电气层和协议层全覆盖的故障注入系统.通过采用"FPGA硬件控制+上位机软件配置"的协同架构,该系统以FPGA为核心控制器,利用数字电位器和模拟开关阵列实现了物理层通断、短路和阻抗变化的精确模拟;通过数模转换、可编程噪声发生和加法器电路,完成了电气层信号幅值、斜率调整和噪声叠加;并借助FPGA内建的协议处理IP核,实现了数据位翻转、校验错误和传输延时等协议层故障的动态注入.实验表明,该系统能够准确生成并注入各类总线故障,显著提升了测试的自动化程度和覆盖性.提出的集成化设计方案解决了多层级故障一体化注入的技术难点,为RS485总线设备的鲁棒性验证和可靠性评估提供了高效、可靠的测试手段.

To address the issues in reliability testing of RS485 bus devices in the aerospace field,such as in-complete fault simulation,complex operations,and low efficiency,a comprehensive fault injection system that is capable of covering the physical,electrical,and protocol layers is proposed.By adopting a collaborative archi-tecture of"FPGA hardware control+host computer software configuration",taking an FPGA as the core con-troller,utilizing digital potentiometers and analog switch arrays are used to achieve precise simulation of physi-cal layer faults,including disconnections,short circuits,and impedance variations.Through digital-to-analog conversion,programmable noise generation,and adder circuits,adjustments in electrical layer signal amplitude,slope,and noise superposition are accomplished.Furthermore,by leveraging built-in protocol processing IP cores in the FPGA,dynamic injection of protocol layer faults-such as data bit flips,checksum errors,and transmission delays-is realized.Experiments demonstrate that the system can accurately generate and inject various types of bus faults,significantly enhancing the automation and coverage of testing.The proposed inte-grated design approach addresses the technical challenges of multi-level fault injection and provides an efficient and reliable testing method for robustness verification and reliability assessment of RS485 bus devices.
