园长领导行为对幼儿教师工作繁荣的影响:心理资本的中介效应OA

To examine the mediating effects of preschool teachers' psychological capital and its factors on the relationship between principals' leadership behavior and teachers' thriving at work,we administered the Leader Behavior Description Scale,the Teacher Psychological Capital Scale,and the Thriving at Work Scale to 373 preschool teachers from nine kindergartens in Hefei and Huainan,Anhui Province.The results showed that:principals' leadership behavior was significantly positively correlated with teachers' psychological capital and its factors,as well as with their thriving at work;psychological capital exerted a significant partial mediating effect between leadership behavior and thriving at work;self-efficacy,hope,resilience,and optimism each had significant partial mediating effects between principals' leadership behavior and teachers' thriving at work.Therefore,preschool teachers' thriving at work is influenced not only directly and positively by principals' leadership behavior,but also by the self-efficacy,hope,resilience,and optimism factors of their psychological capital.
