目的:中药品质理论认为遗传因素对生物的"形态特质"与"代谢特质"形成起到主导作用.该研究基于"中药品质的遗传主导论"学术思想,旨在阐明连翘异型花柱植株果实发育及成分代谢变化规律,为连翘优质栽培和育种提供理论依据.方法:测定不同发育时期连翘异型花柱植株果实的纵、横径等表观性状及蛋白质、粗脂肪和可溶性糖含量,并进行相关性分析;采用HPLC法同时测定9种有效成分含量,分析其动态变化规律.结果:连翘异型花柱植株果实的发育过程均呈"快-慢-稳"的生长特征.结合外部形态变化和内部种胚发育将连翘果实发育划分为幼果期、中果期、熟果期3个时期.L型连翘植株果实的纵径、横径、质量等性状指标整体上优于S型,可溶性糖、蛋白质及粗脂肪含量在L型和S型连翘植株果实发育中存在一定差异.HPLC结果显示9种有效成分含量在不同发育时期的连翘异型花柱植株果实中差异有统计学意义.连翘酯苷E含量呈先降低后升高的趋势,绿原酸、芦丁、槲皮素和连翘脂素含量呈下降趋势,连翘酯苷Ⅰ、松脂醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷、连翘酯苷A、连翘苷呈先升高后降低的趋势.幼果期和中果期连翘酯苷A和连翘苷含量L型连翘植株果实远高于S型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),熟果期连翘酯苷A含量S型连翘植株果实远高于L型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:连翘异型花柱植株果实的发育趋势基本一致,但生理指标以及有效成分含量的变化规律因花柱二型存在差异.

Objective:According to the theory of Chinese medicinal material quality,genetic factors play a dominant role in shaping the"morphological traits"and"metabolic traits"of organisms.Based on the academic concept of"genetic dominance theory of Chi-nese medicinal material quality,"this study aims to elucidate the patterns of fruit development and compositional metabolism in hetero-stylous Forsythia suspensa plants,providing a theoretical basis for high-quality cultivation and breeding.Methods:The apparent traits(longitudinal and transverse diameters)and contents of protein,crude fat,and soluble sugar in fruits of heterostyly F.suspensa plants at different developmental stages were measured and subjected to correlation analysis.The contents of nine active components were sim-ultaneously determined by HPLC,and their dynamic changes were analyzed.Results:The development of fruits in heterostylous F.suspensa plants corresponds to the growth characteristics of"fast-slow-steady".Based on integrated analyses of external morphological changes and internal seed embryo development,the fruit development process of heterostylous F.suspensa plants was classified into three periods:the young fruit stage,the middle fruit stage,and the mature stage.The L-type fruits of F.suspensa plant exhibited su-perior trait indices,including longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter,and quality,compared to the S-type fruits of F.suspensa plant overall.Significant differences were observed in the accumulation patterns of soluble sugars,proteins,and crude fat contents be-tween the fruit development of heterostylous F.suspensa plants.HPLC results showed statistically significant differences in the contents of nine active components in the fruits of heterostylous F.suspensa plants across different developmental stages.The content of forsythi-aside E exhibited a trend of initial decrease followed by an increase,whereas chlorogenic acid,rutin,quercetin,and phillygenin showed decreasing trends.In contrast,forsythoside I,pinoresinol-β-D-glucoside,forsythiaside A,and phillyrin initially increased and then decreased.During the young and middle fruit stages,the contents of forsythiaside A and phillyrin in the fruits of L-type plants were substantially higher than those in S-type plants,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).In the mature fruit stage,the forsythiaside A content in S-type plants was significantly higher than that in L-type plants,also showing statistically significant differ-ence(P<0.01).Conclusion:The developmental trends of fruits in heterostylous F.suspensa plants are generally consistent,but the physiological indicators and the patterns of active component contents vary due to floral heteromorphism.
