为探究炼化企业动火作业安全风险核心人因影响因素,构建了面向炼化企业动火作业安全风险的人因分析和分类系统(Human Factors Analysis and Classification System,HFACS)指标体系,进而融合模糊评价方法与贝叶斯网络(Bayesian Network,BN)模型,采用模糊数和自然语言模糊评价,计算了贝叶斯模型根节点先验概率和条件概率表(CPT),通过 GeNIe 软件开展贝叶斯模型双向推理模拟和根节点敏感度分析,实现了动火作业人因风险的定量化溯源与根节点因素排序.结果表明,作业许可制度规程建设执行不到位、作业安全风险辨识管控不到位、施工人员机具审核不严、安全投入不足等是影响动火作业安全风险的主要人因,并提出了基于敏感度排序的管控优先级措施建议.

In order to explore the core human factors influencing the safety risks of hot work in refining and chemical enterprises,a Human Factors Analysis and Classification System(HFACS)index system adapted to these specific risks was constructed.A novel approach integrating the fuzzy evaluation method with a Bayesian Network(BN)model was employed.Specifically,fuzzy numbers and natural language fuzzy evaluations were u-tilized to calculate the prior probabilities of the root nodes and the conditional probability tables(CPTs)within the BN model.Subsequently,GeNIe software was used to conduct bidirectional inference simulations and root node sensitivity analyses,thereby achieving the quantitative tracing of human factors risks in hot work and the ranking of root node factors.The results indicated that the inadequate establishment and execution of work per-mit regulations,insufficient identification and control of operational safety risks,lax auditing of construction per-sonnel and equipment,and inadequate safety investment were the primary human factors exacerbating hot work safety risks.Consequently,prioritized risk control and management measures based on the sensitivity ranking are proposed to enhance operational safety.
