基于经脉气血理论的脑神机感传通路机制阐释与理论框架建构OA

Grounded in the classical traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)canons such as Huang Di Nei Jing(The Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine)and Nan Jing(The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Eighty-One Difficult Issues),and integrated with modern medical insights,this study approaches the brain through the framework of its meridian,Qi,and blood connections.By examining the circulation routes of five groups of meridians that directly enter the brain—namely the Stomach Meridian,Bladder Meridian,Governor Vessel(Du Meridian),Yin Heel Vessel,and Yang Heel Vessel—and the functional roles of indirect hubs including the Ocular Collaterals(Mu Xi),Head Qi Street(Tou Qi Jie),and Central Meridian Sinews(Zhongshu Jingjin),this study analyzes the intrinsic relationships among meridians,Shen Qi,and Shi Dao(Messenger Pathway).A theoretical framework for the"Brain Shenji Sensory Transmission Pathway"is further constructed,with its mechanisms and significance systematically elucidated.Our findings demonstrate that this pathway takes the Shi Dao(Messenger Pathway)of meridians as the carrier,forming a four-tiered architecture:Sensory input,Central integration,Conduction output,and Rhythm regulation.The regulation of Brain Shen relies on multiple components working in synergy:Qi-blood nourishment from the Stomach and Bladder Meridians,overall governance by the Governor Vessel,signal convergence via the Ocular Collaterals(Mu Xi),compensatory regulation of the Head Qi Street(Tou Qi Jie),cross-innervation of the Central Meridian Sinews(Zhongshu Jingjin),and rhythm modulation by the Heel Vessels.Together,these components constitute a multidimensional regulatory network of"body-brain-meridian-viscera".In clinical practice,a diagnostic and therapeutic pathway of"differentiating the pathway → locating the lesion → staging the condition → determining the therapy"has been established based on this theoretical framework,so as to provide a novel strategy for the diagnosis and treatment of brain diseases.
