人类3D类器官技术作为一项重大的技术突破,通过揭示组织或器官的生长状态、结构、功能和特征弥合了发育生物学和精准医学方面长期存在的差距,在重建能够真正模拟人体肝脏的体外实验模型中发挥着重要作用.当前,类器官技术正处于快速发展的时期,其组织、器官的结构与功能仿真程度也在逐步提升,随着类器官系统概括体内器官结构和人造组织器官的水平越来越高,其应用领域也越来越广泛.其中类器官系统和芯片技术的结合开辟了类器官工程的新领域,有望解决现有类器官系统面临的挑战,并扩大其生物医学的应用领域.同时在中医药的质量控制、药效学评价、复方配伍等应用方面,类器官技术也将发挥出极其重要的作用.

As a major technological breakthrough,human 3D organoid technology,through revealing the growth status,struc-ture,function and characteristics of tissue or organs,bridges the long-standing gap between developmental biology and precision medicine.It plays an important role in reconstructing in vitro experimental models capable of truly simulating the human liver.At present,organoid technology is in a period of rapid development,and its structure and functional simulation of their organizations and organs are gradually increasing.With the increasing level of summarizing the internal organ structure and artificial tissue or-gans in organoid systems,its application fields are also becoming more and more extensive.The combination of organoid systems and chip technology has opened up a new field of organoid engineering,which is expected to solve the challenges faced by exist-ing organoid systems and expand their biomedical applications.At the same time,in terms of the quality control,efficacy evalua-tion and composite compatibility in traditional Chinese medicine,the technology will also play an extremely important role.
