基于"毒药攻邪"理论探析"有毒"药物在类风湿关节炎中的应用OA
Exploring Application of"Toxic"Drugs in Rheumatoid Arthritis Based on"Toxic Drugs Attacking Evils"Theory
类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种以滑膜炎为病理基础,侵犯关节,出现侵蚀性破坏的自身免疫性疾病,严重者出现关节畸形,最终导致患者关节活动功能消失,严重影响患者生活质量.近年来随着疾病的复杂多样化,"有毒"药物被广泛应用于临床实践治疗中,特别是虫、藤类等药物,其发挥祛风除湿、攻坚破积,破瘀通络等诸多功效,在治疗RA过程中发挥着重要作用.随着现代药理学的发展,"有毒"药物在风湿类疾病、皮肤类疾病、肿瘤疾病、泌尿系统疾病等诸多疾病中被广泛应用.基于毒药攻邪理论,试析"有毒"药物在RA中的应用,以飨读者.
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease based on synovitis,which invades the joints,causes erosive destruction,and in severe cases,joint deformity,which eventually leads to the loss of joint mobility and seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.In recent years,with the complexity and diversification of diseases,"toxic"drugs have been widely used in clinical practice,especially insects,rattan and other drugs,which play an important role in the treatment of RA and many other effects,such as dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,tackling tough problems and breaking accumulation,breaking blood sta-sis and dredging collateral.With the development of modern pharmacology,"toxic"drugs are widely used in rheumatic diseases,skin diseases,tumor diseases,urinary system and many other diseases.Based on the theory of"toxic"drugs attacking evils,this paper analyzed the application of"toxic"drugs in RA for the benefit of readers.
