基于"诸病水液,皆属于寒"探讨温阳法辨治恶性腹水OA

Based on the theory of ″all diseases with fluid clear and cold belong to cold″,this paper discusses the academic thought of treating malignant ascites with warming Yang method.The connotation is explained from the following aspects:cold fluid sinking,cold pathogen causing diseases and Yang-Qi governing the transformation and transportation of fluid.The core pathogeneses of malignant ascites including Yang deficiency with Yin exuberance,spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and blood-water interaction are analyzed.The connections of cold,Yang,water and blood stasis are elucidated.The therapeutic principle is warming Yang to activate Qi and promoting water diffusion.The internal treatment scheme of tonifying spleen and kidney,dispersing cold and eliminating dampness,activating blood and resolving stasis with traditional Chinese medicine,combined with external therapies such as moxibustion and thermotherapy,could provide new method for the prevention and treatment of malignant ascites.A case report is attached.
