高职院校办学评价以服务区域经济社会发展为目的预设,社会贡献力成为其衡量的核心标尺,这也从根本上决定了高等职业教育的社会存在价值.我国高职院校办学评价体系历经30余年的探索与实践,评价改革的逻辑正沿着以提升社会贡献力为导向的"筑基固本—强能提质—验效问绩"路径跃迁.马克思主义教育起源观、人的全面发展学说和利益相关者理论,为以社会贡献力为导向的高职院校办学评价改革提供了理论基础.推进实施社会贡献力导向的高职院校办学评价改革,应从评价主体、评价内容、结果运用三个维度统筹推进.首先,重塑结构合理的社会贡献力评价共同体;其次,完善以提升社会贡献力为导向的评价指标体系;最后,重建社会贡献力与资源分配相对独立的反馈机制.

The evaluation of higher vocational colleges is presupposed with the purpose of serving regional economic and social development,making social contribution capacity the core measure,which fundamentally determines the social existence value of higher vocational education.After more than 30 years of exploration and practice,the logic of China's higher vocational college evaluation reform is evolving along a trajectory oriented toward enhancing social contribution capacity,following the path of"consolidating foundations and securing the roots—strengthening capabilities and improving quality—verifying effectiveness and assessing performance".The Marxist view on the origin of education,the theory of all-round human development,and stakeholder theory provide the theoretical foundation for this social-contribution-oriented evaluation reform.Advancing the implementation of such reform requires coordinated efforts across three dimensions:evaluation subjects,evaluation content,and the use of results.First,a reasonably structured evaluation community for social contribution capacity should be reshaped.Second,the evaluation indicator system oriented toward enhancing social contribution capacity should be improved.Third,a feedback mechanism in which social contribution capacity remains relatively independent from resources allocation should be reconstructed.
