行动者网络理论视角下行业产教融合共同体稳态运行研究OA
Study on the Steady-State Operation of Industry-education Integration Community from the Perspective of Actor-network Theory
行业产教融合共同体建设是我国推进现代职业教育体系深度变革的重要战略部署.在行业产教融合共同体建设过程中,涉及政府、职业院校、行业企业等多个主体的共同参与.借助行动者网络理论,通过问题呈现、利益赋予、征召与动员、异议排除等主要环节,有利于推动行业产教融合共同体实现稳态运行.由于行业产教融合共同体的构建与运行涉及多个主体、多重价值以及各主体的多重利益诉求,须实行分层分类的动态适配,构建基于异质行动者网络的共同体多维适配机制;开展网络协同的过程治理,构建基于多元主体参与的共同体动作协同机制;优化利益共生的持续驱动,构建基于行动者网络视角下的绩效考核与激励机制.
The construction of industry-education integration communities is a key strategic initiative in China's efforts to deepen reforms in its modern vocational education system.The development of such communities involves the collaborative participation of multiple entities,including government agencies,vocational colleges,and industry enterprises.By leveraging actor-network theory,this study examines the key stages of problem presentation,interests assignment,recruitment and mobilization,and dissent resolution to promote the stable operation of industry-education integration communities.Given that the construction and operation of industry-education integration community involve multiple entities,diverse values,and multiple interest demands from various entities,it is essential to establish a mechanism to ensure their steady-state operation.This mechanism should facilitate dynamic adaptation and collaborative coordination among all participating entities.Additionally,evaluation and incentive mechanisms should be implemented to achieve a symbiotic relationship among the interests of government,colleges,industries,and enterprises,thereby ensuring the healthy operation of the industry-education integration community ecosystem.
