目的:针对血栓与止血教学领域,探索构建基于问题学习(PBL)案例库,并评价其实施效果.方法:选取 2021 年6 月—2024 年 6 月于厦门医学院附属第二医院实习的 128 名医学检验技术专业实习生纳入研究范围,按随机方式分为实验组(采用PBL 案例库教学,64 人)与对照组(沿用传统教学模式,64 人).通过理论及实践考核、问卷调查等方法,对两种模式教学的效果进行对比分析.结果:与对照组相比,实验组在理论考核、技能操作及血栓与止血案例分析等 3 项成绩上均具有突出表现.同时,实验组在理论知识掌握程度、自主学习能力、团队协作能力、实践操作能力、临床思维及沟通能力等项目的学生自评分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:PBL 案例库教学有助于提升医学检验专业学生的综合能力,在血栓与止血实习带教中取得了较为理想的教学效果.

Objective:To explore the establishment of a problem-based learning(PBL)case database for thrombosis and hemostasis teaching and evaluate its application effectiveness.Method:A total of 128 medical laboratory science interns from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College were randomly assigned to either an experimental group(PBL case-based teaching)or a control group(traditional teaching)from June 2021 to June 2024.Teaching outcomes were evaluated through theoretical and practical assessments,along with questionnaires.Result:The experimental group showed improvement in theoretical assessment,skill operation assessment,and case analysis ability of thrombosis and hemostasis compared with the control group.The self-rated scores of the experimental group regarding mastery of theoretical knowledge,self-study ability,teamwork,practical operation,clinical thinking,and communication skills were also significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL case database teaching helps cultivate students'comprehensive abilities and achieves better teaching outcomes in thrombosis and hemostasis internship training for medical laboratory students.
