激动剂长方案和拮抗剂方案对血脂异常、卵巢正常反应患者的辅助生殖治疗效果研究OA

Objective To compare the efficacy of long-acting agonist regimens and antagonist regimens in assisted reproductive therapy for patients with dyslipidemia and normal ovarian response.Methods A total of 442 patients who underwent in vitro fertilization(IVF)or intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)assisted reproduction at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from August 2015 to October 2023,with normal ovarian response and concomitant dyslipidemia,were selected as study subjects.Based on different ovulation induction protocols,the patients were divided into agonist long regimen group(n=333)and antagonist regimen group(n=109).The therapeutic outcomes of assisted reproductive technology and various reproductive outcome indicators were compared between two groups.Results Compared with antagonist regimen group,total gonadotropin(Gn)dosage and oocyte yield were higher,as well as lower Gn starting dose,in agonist long regimen group(P<0.05).Compared with agonist long regimen group,oocyte yield rate was significantly higher in antagonist regimen group(P<0.05).Compared with antagonist regimen group,rate of high-quality embryos were higher in agonist long regimen group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical outcomes of the two regimens are comparable,and clinicians may select an appropriate ovulation induction protocol based on the patient's individual circumstances.
