规范化四手操作联合口腔数码摄影在前牙黑三角树脂注射成型术中的应用效果OA
Application of standardized four-hand operation combined with digital dental photography in the injection molding of anterior black triangle resin
目的 探讨规范化四手操作联合口腔数码摄影在前牙黑三角(black triangle,BT)行复合树脂注射成型术(injection molding,IM)中的应用效果.方法 选取2024年1月至10月就诊于南方医科大学口腔医院的100例存在前牙BT(中间间隙宽度≥1mm)患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50).对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采取规范化四手操作联合口腔数码摄影.比较两组患者的前牙美学效果、患者满意度与临床护理质量.结果 观察组患者的前牙美学效果优于对照组,观察组患者的满意度、临床护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 高效规范的四手操作联合口腔数码摄影应用于前牙BT复合树脂注射成型术中可明显改善患者的前牙美学效果,提高患者满意度和临床护理质量.
Objective To explore application effect of standardized four-hand operation combined with digital dental photography in the injection molding of anterior black triangle(BT).Methods A total of 100 patients who presented with anterior BT(intermediate space width≥1mm)at Stomatological Hospital of Southern Medical University from January to October 2024 were selected as subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)using a random number table.The control group received conventional care,while the observation group underwent standardized four-hand operation combined with digital dental photography.The aesthetic outcomes of the anterior teeth,patient satisfaction,and clinical nursing quality were compared between two groups.Results The aesthetic outcome of anterior teeth in observation group was significantly superior than that in control group.Patients'satisfaction and clinical nursing quality scores were significantly higher in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of efficient and standardized four-hand operation combined with digital dental photography in the injection molding of anterior BT composite resin can significantly improve the aesthetic outcome of the patients'anterior teeth,enhance patients'satisfaction,and elevate the quality of clinical care.
