慢性心力衰竭患者健康素养的潜在剖面分析及其对希望水平的影响OA

Objective To explore the latent categories of health literacy in patients with chronic heart failure and the influencing factors of different potential categories,and to analyze the differences in desired levels among different latent categories.Methods A total of 228 patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as study subjects.General information questionnaires,the health literacy scale for chronic disease patients,and the Herth hope scale were used to analyze the latent categories of health literacy in CHF patients,as well as the influencing factors of different latent categories and differences in hope levels.Results Latent profile analysis of health literacy identified two categories:high health literacy-active interaction type(53.9%)and low health literacy-passive compliance type(46.1%).The influence factor analysis revealed that educational level,age,and gender were predictive variables for health literacy categories.The regression analysis of hope levels indicated that marital status,healthcare payment methods,NYHA cardiac function classification,and latent health literacy categories were all independent predictors.Conclusion Particular attention should be paid to female patients,those with low educational attainment,and elderly individuals with chronic heart failure.Interventions to enhance health literacy should be developed to improve their health desire levels.
