Progress of Research on Genetically Engineered Vaccines for Avian Use in China
我国禽用疫苗的研发长期以灭活或减毒技术为主导,虽然这类传统疫苗在控制禽病传播方面成效显著,但其固有的局限性与潜在风险也日益凸显.随着免疫学与分子生物学技术的飞速发展,基因工程疫苗的研发取得了突破性进展,为禽病防控提供了新的技术路径.本文基于国家兽药基础数据库,系统梳理了已获批签发、批准文号、临床试验许可及新注册的禽用基因工程疫苗相关数据,旨在全面总结其研发现状,为行业监管政策制定、企业研发创新方向及疫病防控策略提供科学参考与决策支持.
The development of poultry vaccines in China has long been dominated by inactivation or attenuation technologies.Although these conventional vaccines have proven effective in controlling the spread of poultry diseases,their inherent limitations and potential risks are becoming increasingly apparent.With the rapid advancement of immunology and molecular biology,the research and development of genetic engineering vaccines have achieved breakthrough progress,offering new technological pathways for poultry disease prevention and control.Based on the National Veterinary Drug Basic Database,this paper systematically reviews relevant data regarding poultry genetic engineering vaccines that have received batch release authorization,product registration,clinical trial approval,or new registration.The aim is to provide a comprehensive summary of the current research and development landscape,offering scientific reference and decision-making support for industry regulation,corporate research&development innovation,and disease control strategies.
