Research Progress on Molecular Biology Detection Methods of Porcine Circovirus
猪圆环病毒(Porcine circovirus,PCV)是导致断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征及多种免疫抑制性疾病的主要病原体,对全球养猪业造成了重大的经济损失.建立高效、精准的PCV检测方法对有效防控该病具有重要意义.然而,由于该病毒其检测和分型确诊存在一定难度,通常需要高灵敏度的技术进行判定.随着分子生物学技术的快速发展,猪圆环病毒病的检测诊断拥有了更多、更高效的技术选择.本文旨在系统总结现有PCV分子生物学检测方法的应用进展,剖析其技术原理、优缺点及现场应用适应性,以期为猪圆环病毒病的临床诊断、流行病学监测及综合防控策略制定提供理论依据和技术参考.
Porcine circovirus(PCV)is the main pathogen causing post-weaning multisystemic wasting syndrome and various immunosuppressive diseases in pigs,causing significant economic losses to the global pig industry.Establishing efficient and accurate PCV detection methods is of great significance for effective prevention and control of the disease.However,due to the difficulty in its detection and typing,high-sensitivity techniques are usually required for determination.With the rapid development of molecular biology technology,more and more efficient technical options have been available for the detection and diagnosis of porcine circovirus disease.This article aims to systematically summarize the application progress of existing PCV molecular biology detection methods,analyze their technical principles,advantages and disadvantages,as well as their adaptability to field applications,in order to provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the clinical diagnosis,epidemiological monitoring and comprehensive prevention and control strategy formulation of porcine circovirus disease.
