超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鸡肉中金刚烷胺残留量的不确定度评定OA
Uncertainty Evaluation for the Determination of Amantadine Residues in Chicken by Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定了鸡肉样品中的金刚烷胺残留量,并对检测过程中系列标准溶液配制、样品前处理、仪器分析、测量重复性等因素引入的不确定度进行评定.结果表明,当鸡肉样品中金刚烷胺的浓度为4.90 μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为 0.490 μg/kg(k=2).系列标准溶液配制、仪器分析、加标回收是不确定度的主要来源.可通过提高操作人员水平、使用合格的容量瓶、定期维护并校准移液器和仪器等方式来降低引入的不确定度,从而提高检测的准确性.
Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was employed to determine amantadine in chicken samples.The uncertainty,introduced by various factors in the detection process,including the preparation of standard series solutions,sample pretreatment,instrumental analysis,and measurement repeatability,was evaluated.The results indicated that when the concentration of amantadine in chicken sample is 4.90 μg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.490 μg/kg(k=2).The preparation of standard series solutions,instrumental analysis,and spiked recoveries were identified as primary sources of the uncertainty.To reduce the introduced uncertainties and improve the detection accuracy,measures such as enhancing the test proficiency of operators,using qualified volumetric flasks,and regularly maintaining and calibrating pipettes and instruments can be implemented.
