不同授粉品种对湖北利川新高梨花粉直感效应及果实品质的影响OA

砂梨品种新高梨在湖北省利川地区具有较大的种植规模,且梨具有配子体自交不亲和的特性,生产上必须配置适宜的授粉树或进行人工授粉才能保证梨的产量和质量.为探究不同授粉品种对新高梨花粉直感效应的影响,以新高梨为母本,4个不同梨品种(湘南、黄花、翠冠、圆黄)为父本进行人工授粉,测定不同授粉组合坐果率、果实外观品质(单果重、横径、纵径、果形指数)、内在品质(含水量、石细胞含量、果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量、总酸含量、固酸比)及有机酸组成,并基于主成分分析法综合评价其果实品质,筛选适宜利川市高山区域新高梨的授粉品种.结果表明,新高梨存在显著的花粉直感效应.不同授粉品种对坐果率影响差异不显著,对单果重、果实大小(横径、纵径)影响显著,其中,授粉组合新高×湘南单果重最大(353.3 g),果实横径(88.0 mm)、纵径(76.3 mm)最大.果实内在品质方面,授粉组合新高×湘南可溶性固形物含量最高(11.0%);授粉组合新高×翠冠石细胞含量最低(0.317%),固酸比最高(25.87);授粉组合新高×圆黄果实硬度最高(947.2 g/cm2),但可溶性固形物含量最低(9.8%).不同授粉品种显著改变了果实有机酸组成比例.4个授粉品种主成分分析综合得分排序为翠冠>湘南>黄花>圆黄.综合各项指标,为提高新高梨果实综合品质,在利川市高山区域建议优先选择翠冠作为授粉品种.

The'Niitaka'cultivar of Pyrus pyrifolia has a large cultivation scale in Lichuan of Hubei Province.Additionally,pear exhibits the trait of gametophytic self-incompatibility(GSI).In production,it is essential to deploy suitable pollination trees or conduct artificial pollination to ensure the yield and quality of pears.To investigate the effects of different pollination varieties on the xenia effect of'Niitaka'pear,artificial pollination was performed using'Niitaka'pear as the female parent and pollen from four varieties('Xiangnan','Huanghua','Cuiguan',and'Wonhwang')as the male parents.Determinations were conducted for the following parameters:fruit set rate,external fruit quality(single fruit weight,transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,fruit shape index),internal fruit quality(moisture content,stone cell content,fruit firmness,soluble solids content,total acid content,soluble solids-acid ratio),and organic acid composition.Furthermore,based on principal component analysis(PCA),the fruit quality was comprehensively evaluated to screen out suitable pollination varieties for'Niitaka'pear in the alpine region of Lichuan.The results indicated that'Niitaka'pear exhibited a significant xenia effect.Different pollination varieties showed no significant difference in their effects on fruit set rate.However,they had significant impacts on single fruit weight and fruit size(transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter).The pollination combination'Niitaka'×'Xiangnan'had the largest single fruit weight(353.3 g),as well as the highest transverse diameter(88.0 mm)and longitudinal diameter(76.3 mm).In terms of internal quality,the pollination combination'Niitaka'×'Xiangnan'resulted in the highest soluble solids content(11.0%),the pollination combination'Niitaka'×'Cuiguan'had the lowest stone cell content(0.317%)and the highest soluble solids-acid ratio(25.87),the pollination combination'Niitaka'×'Wonhwang'led to the highest fruit firmness(947.2 g/cm2),but the lowest soluble solids content(9.8%).Different pollination varieties significantly altered the proportion of organic acid composition in the fruits.The ranking of comprehensive scores from PCA was'Cuiguan'>'Xiangnan'>'Huanghua'>'Wonhwang'.Considering all indicators comprehensively,to improve the comprehensive fruit quality of'Niitaka'pear,it is recommended to prioritize'Cuiguan'as the pollination variety in the alpine region of Lichuan.
