在我国东部渤海湾和西部黄土高原两个苹果主产区栽培面积减少的大背景下,分析了苹果产业西移北扩的优势,调研了新疆和东北退化的草原和人工生态林生态效益不可持续等问题,建议国家和各地政府的林业主管部门,适当提升相关政策的灵活性,进一步加大苹果产业西移北扩的力度,在退化的草原和人工生态林修复过程中,因地制宜发展以苹果种植为核心的生态经济林,加大新疆阿克苏苹果老龄化果园更新改造力度,切实把新疆和东北地区日照时间长、昼夜温差大等自然禀赋转化为产品和经济优势,确保优质苹果稳定安全供给,端牢"中国果盘子",推动乡村全面振兴,保障国家生态安全,实现生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的同步提升.

Against the backdrop of declining cultivation areas in the two major apple-producing regions of the Bohai Bay in eastern China and the Loess Plateau in western China,this study analyzes the advantages of the westward-northward expansion of the apple industry.It also investigates the unsustainable ecological benefits of degraded grasslands and ecological forests in Xinjiang and Northeast China.Based on the findings,we propose that national and local forestry authorities should appropriately enhance the flexibility of relevant policies and further intensify the efforts in advancing the westward-northward expansion of the apple industry.During the restoration of degraded grasslands and artificial ecological forests,it is recommended to develop apple-based ecological and economic forests in light of local conditions,and strengthen the renovation and transformation of aging apple orchards in Aksu,Xinjiang.By doing so,we can effectively convert the distinctive natural endowments of Xinjiang and Northeast China—such as long sunshine duration and large diurnal temperature differences—into product and economic advantages.This will ensure the stable and safe supply of high-quality apples,safeguard China's fruit supply security,promote comprehensive rural revitalization,protect national ecological security,and ultimately achieve the synchronized improvement of ecological,economic,and social benefits.
