折断式采茶机采摘效果及应用分析OA

为探究折断式采茶机的采摘效果,本研究对比了手工采摘、折断式采摘、往复式切割3种方式的采摘效率与鲜叶质量,并将所得鲜叶分别加工成扁形绿茶、勾青、毛峰,进行感官品质评价及儿茶素组分含量检测.结果显示,芽叶机械完整度由高到低为手工采摘、折断式采摘、往复式切割;往复式切割采摘效率最高(46.06 kg/h),分别是折断式采摘、手工采摘的2.68倍和15.56倍,但鲜叶制茶率较低;感官品质上,同类绿茶中折断式采制茶样品质略低于手工采摘、显著优于往复式切割.3种方式下茶样非酯型儿茶素含量无显著差异,手工与折断式采摘茶样的酯型儿茶素含量无显著差异,但二者与往复式切割茶样差异显著.成本效益分析表明,折断式采摘兼顾效率与品质,投入产出比最优,经济效益显著高于其他两种方式,研究结果可为优质茶机械化采制提供理论支撑.

To investigate the plucking performance of the snap-type tea plucking machine,this study compared the picking efficiency and fresh leaf quality of three picking methods:manual picking,breaking-type picking and recip-rocating cutting.The fresh leaves obtained by the three methods were processed into flat green teas,Gouqing,and Maofeng,respectively,for sensory quality evaluation and catechin component content detection.The results show that the order of the mechanical integrity of buds and leaves from high to low was manual picking,breaking-type picking and reciprocating cutting.Reciprocating cutting had the highest picking efficiency(46.06 kg/h),which was 2.68 times and 15.56 times higher than breaking-type picking and manual picking,respectively.However,the fresh leaf yield was poor.In terms of sensory quality,among the same type of green tea,the quality of tea samples picked by breaking-type method was slightly lower than that by traditional manual picking,but significantly higher than that by reciprocating cutting.There was no significant difference in the contents of non-ester catechins in tea sam-ples under the three picking methods.There was no significant difference in the contents of ester catechins between manual and breaking-type picked tea samples,but both were significantly different from those picked by reciprocat-ing cutting.A cost-benefit analysis shows that breaking-type picking balanced efficiency and quality,had the opti-mal input-output ratio,and offered significantly greater economic benefits than the other two methods.The research results provided a theoretical basis for the mechanized picking and processing of high-quality tea.
