"十四五"期间,茶树栽培技术取得显著进展.在茶树对环境因子响应机理领域,深入揭示温度、水分、光照对茶叶生长和品质代谢影响及机制,创新了逆境预测预报、抗逆栽培和抹茶遮阴栽培技术;在茶树生态栽培领域,明确了多种茶树复合种植模式对茶叶品质影响的生态机制,完善生态茶园标准体系,研究建立栽培过程茶叶碳足迹核算方法;在茶树树冠管理领域,进一步优化了生产名优茶为主茶园的修剪技术,对稀植留养树冠管理模式进行了有益探索."十五五"期间,应加强茶树抗逆栽培理论与技术创新,加快研究完善生态茶园技术、标准和评估体系,构建不同尺度的茶园碳足迹核算技术和碳汇管理系统,进一步优化标准化轻减化高效树冠管理技术,促进传统茶树栽培向智能化、低碳化转变,支撑茶产业绿色高质量发展.

During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,significant progress has been made in tea plant cultivation tech-niques.In the field of tea plant responses to environmental factors,the mechanisms underlying the effects of temper-ature,water,and light on tea plant growth and quality metabolism were deeply elucidated.Innovative technologies were developed for stress prediction and forecasting,stress-resilient cultivation,and shading cultivation for matcha.In the area of ecological tea cultivation,the ecological mechanisms by which various tea plant intercropping pat-terns affect tea quality were clarified,the standard system for ecological tea gardens was improved,and methods for calculating the carbon footprint of tea cultivation processes were established.Regarding tea plant canopy manage-ment,pruning techniques for tea gardens primarily producing high-quality teas were further optimized,and benefi-cial explorations of sparse-planting and reserved-branch canopy management models were conducted.During the 15th Five-Year Plan period,efforts should be strengthened to innovate theories and technologies for stress-resilient tea cultivation,accelerate the improvement of ecological tea garden technologies,standards,and assessment sys-tems,establish carbon footprint accounting techniques and carbon sink management systems for tea gardens at dif-ferent scales,further optimize standardized,labor-saving,and efficient canopy management techniques for different production systems,promote the transformation of traditional tea cultivation towards intelligent and low-carbon practices,and support the green and high-quality development of the tea industry.
