乡村全面振兴背景下酿酒余糟还田土壤改良效应研究OA
为推动酿酒副产物资源化与贫瘠土壤修复协同发展,该研究立足乡村全面振兴需求,系统探究酒糟的分类、核心成分特征、土壤改良机理及环境效应.结果表明,不同类型酒糟成分差异显著,可通过补养分、改结构、调 pH、吸重金属等方式实现修复.但过量施用易加剧水体富营养化等风险,为酒糟精准应用及资源化技术规范制定提供科学支撑,助力乡村绿色循环发展.
In order to promote the coordinated development of resource utilization of wine-making by-products and poor soil remediation,this study systematically explored the classification,core component characteristics,soil improvement mechanisms and environmental effects of distillers grains based on the needs of rural revitalization across the board.The results show that there are significant differences in the composition of different types of distillers'grains,and can be repaired by replenishing nutrients,modifying structure,adjusting pH,and absorbing heavy metals.However,excessive application can easily aggravate risks such as eutrophication of water bodies,which provides scientific support for the precise application of distillers'grains and the formulation of technical specifications for resource utilization.
