忻州杂粮产业高质量发展的路径探索OA

Xinzhou,known as the"Home of Coarse Cereals in China",is situated within the golden planting belt of 38°N latitude.It boasts the largest cultivation scale of coarse cereals in Shanxi Province and has established a well-developed variety system.Based on detailed data on Xinzhou's coarse grain planting and the development of leading enterprises from 2023 to 2024,this paper systematically reviews its planting profile,and deeply analyzes the problems such as insufficient scale,short chains,and narrow channels in the industry's production,processing,market brands,and policy elements.From five perspectives,i.e.technological innovation drive,innovative factor allocation,deep industrial transformation,coordinated spatial planning,and governance mechanism safeguards,the paper proposes targeted countermeasures,including constructing a full-chain technological innovation system and fostering high-end modern industrial clusters,thereby providing a pathway reference for the high-quality development of Xinzhou's coarse cereals industry.
