智慧文旅赋能湖南乡村旅游高质量发展的困境及对策研究OA

This study examines the intrinsic mechanisms and practical pathways through which smart cultural tourism empowers high-quality development in Hunan's rural tourism.Findings reveal that smart cultural tourism achieves multidimensional value alignment with rural tourism development objectives by enhancing digital capabilities,optimizing governance models,and revitalizing local cultural heritage.However,structural challenges exist in practice,including fragmented smart platform connectivity,scarcity of rural digital talent,and rudimentary smart applications.To address these challenges,this study proposes a systematic set of practical countermeasures:establishing a multi-level collaborative governance and standardized data system;promoting digital integration and intelligent convergence across the entire industry chain;implementing digital preservation of cultural heritage and innovative brand building;and establishing a data-driven service closed-loop oriented toward visitor needs.The research findings aim to provide theoretical references and practical insights for advancing the smart transformation of rural tourism.
