人工智能赋能农业数字化设计技能大师工作室人才培养的机理与路径研究OA
农业数字化设计与智能化转型背景下,农业领域亟须兼具农艺知识、数据科学与系统设计能力的综合型高技能人才.当前农业数字化设计技能大师工作室存在师徒传承低效、产教融合深度不足、教学与产业需求衔接不够紧密等问题,难以适配规模化、复合化育人需求.该研究聚焦人工智能赋能工作室育人模式革新,搭建"技术—组织—知识—生态"四维分析框架,剖析技术嵌入、组织重构、知识进化与价值共创四大核心机理,构建一体化实践体系,推动工作室从传统封闭型向开放智能协同型转型,提升人才培养质量,为其对接智慧农业产业升级需求、培育高素质技术技能人才提供理论参考与实践支撑.
Against the backdrop of agricultural digital design and intelligent transformation,the agricultural field is in urgent need of comprehensive high-skilled talents with agronomic knowledge,data science and system design capabilities.At present,the master studio of agricultural digital design skills has problems such as inefficient inheritance of apprentices and apprentices,insufficient depth of integration of industry and education,and insufficient connection between teaching and industrial needs,making it difficult to adapt to the needs of large-scale and complex education.This research focuses on the innovation of the education model of artificial intelligence empowering studios,builds a"technology-organization-knowledge-ecology"four-dimensional analysis framework,analyzes the four core mechanisms of technology embedding,organizational reconstruction,knowledge evolution and value co-creation,and builds an integrated practice system,so as to promote the transformation of studios from traditional closed type to open intelligent collaborative type,improve the quality of talent training,and provide theoretical reference and practical support for meeting the upgrading needs of the smart agricultural industry and cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.
