500 kW靶体冷却是下一代散裂中子源安全运行性的关键,论文以优化打靶功率为目标,对500kW靶体的冷却结构进行设计,并对冷却结构的性能进研究.结果表明:500 kw功率下的靶体升温状态呈波动型上升,波动范围仅在1℃左右,稳态下最高温度为152 ℃,出现在第9片靶,靶体稳态下最高温度及升温波动均在材料承受范围内,符合设计要求.

The cooling of 500kW target is the key to the safe operation of the next generation of spallation neutron source.In paper,the cooling structure of 500kW target is designed with the goal of optimizing the target power,and the performance of the cooling structure is studied.The results show that the temperature rise of the target under 500kw power is fluctuating,the fluctuation range is only about 1℃,the temperature in steady state is 152℃,which appears in the ninth target plate,the highest temperature and the temperature rise fluctuation of the target in state are all within the range of material bearing,and meet the design requirements.
