为了有效评估区域能源项目冷水机组选型方案优劣,本文建立了冷水机组的能耗与全生命周期成本评估方法,并根据该评估方法对某区域能源站的主机选型方案进行分析对比.研究结果表明,对于区域供冷项目,冷水机组影响的因素众多,单一指标的评价无法反映冷水机组的综合性能优劣,采用LCC全生命周期成本的评价方法是很有必要的.年折旧费用在全生命周期成本的占比约12%,年运行费用占比约88%.年运行费用与冷水机组的性能直接相关,在选型方案中应更重视设备性能参数要求和对比.研究结果可为区域能源站冷水机组的综合性能比较提供理论支持,对相关工程项目的决策具有重要的参考价值和意义.

To effectively evaluate the performance of chiller selection options in regional energy systems,this study establishes an energy consumption and life cycle cost(LCC)assessment methodology for chillers.Using this approach,the paper analyzes and compares the host unit selection schemes for a specific regional energy station.The results demonstrate that multiple factors influence chiller performance in district cooling projects.Single-criterion evaluations fail to reflect the comprehensive performance of chillers,making the LCC-based assessment method essential.The study reveals that annual depreciation costs account for approximately 12%of the total life cycle costs,while annual operating expenses constitute about 88%.Since operating costs are directly correlated with chiller performance,greater emphasis should be placed on equipment performance parameters during the selection process.These findings provide theoretical support for the comprehensive performance comparison of chillers in regional energy stations and offer significant reference value for decision-making in related engineering projects.
