Experimental Study on Intelligent Control of Fresh Air Cabinets

针对医药园区空调箱过滤器更换需停机、以及现有电动卷绕式过滤器的使用易导致机房负压的难题,提出了一种智能化控制的新风小室.以常用的三种新风过滤器为例,围绕过滤器的使用性能、面风速等参数进行实验测试,提供了实验数据分析及结论.结合不同地区对新风的差异性处理方式,找到新风小室的结构组成、运行参数及控制逻辑,提高了新风系统的运行稳定性.

To address the challenges of requiring shutdowns for filter replacement in pharmaceutical park air handling units and the tendency of existing motorized roll-type filters to cause negative pressure in equipment rooms,an intelligent fresh air chamber control system is proposed.Using three common types of fresh air filters as examples,experimental testing was conducted on parameters such as filter performance and face velocity,providing experimental data analysis and conclusions.By integrating regional variations in fresh air handling protocols,the structural composition,operational parameters,and control logic of the fresh air chamber were optimized,thereby enhancing the operational stability of the fresh air system.
