以某传染病医院为例,总结了现行国家规范和导则对传染病医院通风系统的压差和风量设计要求,通过压差计算和风量平衡分析,计算了典型呼吸道传染病区的门窗渗透风量、房间新风量和排风量,总结分析了污染区、半污染区和清洁区送风量和排风量大致规律,发现各区域实际计算风量往往与规范要求最小换气次数对应的风量差别较大,可为同类项目方案提资阶段的风量估算提供参考数据.最后介绍了项目采用的通风系统设计方案以及相关绿建节能措施.

Taking an infectious disease hospital as an example,this paper summarizes the requirements of the current national norms and guidelines for the design of pressure difference and air volume of the ventilation system of infectious disease hospitals,calculates the air volume of doors and windows,the fresh air volume of the room and the exhaust air volume in typical respiratory infectious disease areas,summarizes and analyzes the general rules of air supply and exhaust air volume in polluted areas,semi-polluted areas and clean areas,and finds that the actual calculated air volume in each area is often quite different from the air volume corresponding to the minimum number of air changes required by the code.It can provide reference data for the estimation of air volume in the funding stage of similar projects.Finally,the ventilation system design scheme adopted by the project and the related green building energy-saving measures were introduced.
