Sirtuins家族调控骨骼肌萎缩作用机制的研究进展OA
Progress on the mechanism of sirtuins family regulating skeletal muscle atrophy
骨骼肌萎缩是以肌纤维数量减少或结构破坏为核心病理特征的退行性病变,其中蛋白质合成和降解失衡及线粒体功能障碍与本病密切相关.近年其发病率呈持续上升趋势,严重影响患者生活质量.Sir-tuins 家族是一组依赖于烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸活性的组蛋白脱乙酰酶,在调控细胞代谢、氧化应激、自噬、线粒体功能障碍等过程中发挥重要作用.研究表明该家族成员通过多种信号通路参与骨骼肌病理调控,是治疗骨骼肌萎缩的潜在靶点.本文就近年 Sirtuins 家族对骨骼肌萎缩的调控和其相关分子机制研究进展进行综述,旨在为骨骼肌萎缩研究领域及其防治策略提供新思路.
Skeletal muscle atrophy is a degenerative condition with a reduction in the number of muscle fibers or structural destruction as the core pathological feature,and the imbalances in protein synthesis and degradation and mito-chondrial dysfunction are closely associated with the disease.In recent years,the incidence of the disease has been on the rise,which seriously reduce the quality of life of patients.The Sirtuins family as a group of histone deacetylases dependent on nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide activity,play important roles in the regulation of cellular metabolism,oxidative stress,autophagy and mitochondrial dysfunction.Studies have shown that members of this family are involved in the regu-lation of skeletal muscle pathology through multiple signaling pathways and are potential targets for the treatment of skeletal muscle atrophy.In this article,progress on the regulation of skeletal muscle atrophy by the sirtuins family and its related molecular mechanisms were reviewed aiming at providing new ideas for skeletal muscle atrophy and its prevention and treatment strategies.
