免疫衰老与炎症衰老驱动骨质疏松症的机制进展OA
Mechanism of osteoporosis driven by immunosenescence and inflammaging
骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是老年常见且致残率高的代谢性骨病.传统观点认为,OP 的发生主要与性激素缺乏、钙磷代谢异常、骨重建失衡有关.但近年研究表明,衰老相关的免疫功能退化(免疫衰老)与持续低度慢性炎症状态(炎症衰老)在 OP 发病中起关键推动作用.免疫系统的老化不仅削弱机体的防御能力,还导致持续释放促炎细胞因子,加速骨量丢失.本文从免疫衰老、炎症衰老及其互作角度,综述二者协同驱动 OP 发生发展的相关机制.
Osteoporosis(OP)is a common metabolic bone disease with a high disability among the elderly.The traditional view is that the occurrence of OP is mainly related to sex hormone deficiency,abnormal calcium and phosphorus metabolism and imbalanced bone remodeling.However,recent studies have shown that age-related immune dysfunction(immunosenescence)and persistent low-grade chronic inflammation(inflammaging)play a key driving role in the onset of OP.The aging of the immune system not only weakens the body's defense capabilities,but also leads to the sustained release of pro-inflammatory cytokines,accelerating bone loss.This article aimed to elucidate the mecha-nisms by which immune aging,inflammatory aging and their interactions synergistically drive the occurrence and devel-opment of OP.
