纸基疏水改性剂的应用研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Paper-based Hydrophobic Modifier Application
本文系统综述了近年来基于不同疏水剂的纸基材料改性研究进展,重点分析了氟化物、硅烷、硬脂酸、蜡类及木质素等典型疏水剂在构建超疏水纸基材料中的应用.探讨了各类疏水剂在降低表面能、构筑微纳粗糙结构方面的作用机制,并对比了其在环保性、成本等方面的优劣.分析表明,木质素等生物基材料在开发高性能、环境友好、绿色可持续的超疏水纸基材料方面更具优势,未来前景广阔.
This paper systematically reviewed recent advances in modifying paper-based materials using various hydrophobic agents,focus-ing on the application of typical agents such as fluorides,silanes,stearic acid,waxes,and lignin in constructing superhydrophobic paper-based materials.The mechanisms of various hydrophobic agents in reducing surface energy and constructing micro-nano rough structures were explored,and their advantages and disadvantages in terms of environmental friendliness and cost were compared.By comparison,the bio-based materials like lignin hold greater potential for developing high-performance,environmentally friendly,green,and sustainable su-perhydrophobic paper-based materials,indicating promising future prospects.
