基于离子色谱法的地下水中痕量阴离子高灵敏度检测工艺优化OACHSSCD
Process Optimization for High-Sensitivity Detection of Trace Anions in Groundwater Based on Ion Chromatography
针对地下水中痕量阴离子浓度低及复杂基体干扰导致检测灵敏度不足的问题,构建了基于离子色谱法的高灵敏度检测工艺优化体系.通过对色谱柱、淋洗液组成与梯度程序、抑制型电导检测及样品前处理与在线富集技术进行协同优化,显著提升了分离效率与信号响应能力.结果表明,优化后的阴离子分离度不小于1.5,信噪比提高30%~40%,背景噪声降低约60%,方法检出限降至0.05 μg/L.同时,方法重复性良好,在高矿化度地下水中响应偏差控制在±5%,表现出较强的稳定性与抗干扰能力.
A high-sensitivity detection process optimization system based on ion chromatography was constructed to address the problem of low concentration of trace anions in groundwater and insufficient detection sensitivity caused by complex matrix interference.By synergistically optimizing the chromatographic column,eluent composition and gradient program,inhibitory conductivity detection,sample pretreatment,and online enrichment technology,the separation efficiency and signal response capability have been significantly improved.The results showed that the optimized anion separation degree was not less than 1.5,the signal-to-noise ratio was increased by 30%~40%,the background noise was reduced by about 60%,and the detection limit of the method was reduced to 0.05 μg/L.At the same time,the method has good repeatability,with a response deviation controlled within±5%in highly mineralized groundwater,demonstrating strong stability and anti-interference ability.
