木质素磺酸钠作为一种广泛使用的生物质分散剂,在冶金行业、工业水处理、电镀工业、农业、造纸业、织染业等行业均有广泛使用,凭借其环保可再生的优异性能,备受行业青睐.采用单因素试验方法,系统研究木质素磺酸钠对硫化铜钴精矿矿浆流动性的影响.结果表明,以0.67 kg/t干矿的配比添加木质素磺酸钠,对硫化铜钴精矿矿浆流动性改善效果最佳.

As a widely used biomass dispersant,sodium lignosulfonate is widely used in industries such as metallurgy,industrial water treatment,electroplating,agriculture,papermaking,and dyeing and printing.Due to its excellent environmental-friendly and renewable properties,it is highly favored by the industry.Through a single-factor experimental method,the influence of sodium lignosulfonate on the fluidity of copper cobalt sulfide concentrate pulp was systematically studied.The results showed that adding sodium lignosulfonate at a ratio of 0.67 kg/t dry ore had the best effect on improving the fluidity of copper cobalt sulfide concentrate slurry.
