高钙粉煤灰物化性质对CO2矿化潜力的影响分析OACHSSCD
Analysis of the Impact of Physicochemical Properties on the CO2 Mineralization Potential of High Calcium Fly Ash
以高钙粉煤灰为研究对象,分析其物化性质对CO2矿化潜力的影响.通过激光粒度、扫描电子显微镜、X射线荧光光谱(X-Ray Fluorescence,XRF)、X射线衍射(X-Ray Diffraction,XRD)等手段表征其粒径、形貌与组成,并对比低钙粉煤灰.结果表明:高钙粉煤灰以20~100 μm颗粒为主,细颗粒少,比表面积小;颗粒多呈不规则团聚体,传质效率低;SiO2与Al2O3含量超过60%,包裹钙元素;SO3与钙生成CaSO4,游离CaO仅占11.7%;理论固碳率为低钙粉煤灰的4~5倍.物化性质的协同制约是固碳效率低的主因.
Taking the high calcium fly ash as the research object,the influence of its physicochemical properties on the potential for CO2 mineralization was analyzed.The particle size,morphology and composition of the fly ash were characterized by laser particle size analysis,scanning electron microscope,X-Ray Fluorescence(XRF),and X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),and compared with low-calcium fly ash.The results showed that the high calcium fly ash was mainly composed of particles within 20~100 μm,with few fine particles and a small specific surface area.The particles were mostly irregular aggregates,resulting in low mass transfer efficiency.The content of SiO2 and Al2O3 exceeded 60%,encapsulating calcium elements.SO3 and calcium formed CaSO4,and the free CaO accounted for only 11.7%.The theoretical carbon sequestration rate was 4~5 times that of low-calcium fly ash.The synergistic constraints of physicochemical properties were the main reason for the low carbon sequestration efficiency.
