卡瑞利珠单抗联合同步放化疗序贯手术治疗局部晚期食管癌的初步临床观察OA

Objective:To investigate the preliminary clinical effect of camrelizumab combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy followed by surgery in the treatment of locally advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:This was a prospective single-arm study.A total of 100 patients with locally advanced resectable esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were enrolled.All patients received camrelizumab combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy followed by surgery.Pathological complete response(pCR)rate,major pathological response(MPR)rate,surgical R0 resection rate,perioperative adverse event,2-year disease-free survival(DFS)rate and overall survival(OS)rate were observed.Results:After treatment,the pCR rate was 36.00%,the MPR rate was 61.00%and R0 resection rate was 90.00%.Survival analysis showed that the 2-year DFS rate was 81.00%and the 2-year OS rate was 87.00%.The incidence of grade 3 adverse events was 20.00%,no grade 4 adverse events or treatment-related deaths occurred.Conclusion:Camrelizumab combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy followed by surgery shows high R0 resection rate,pCR rate and MPR rate in the treatment of locally advanced esophageal cancer,with controllable safety.
