某口腔专科医院门诊口腔黏膜病的用药情况分析OA

Objective:To investigate the distribution of diagnoses and clinical medication use in outpatients with oral mucosal diseases in a specialized stomatology hospital.Methods:Electronic prescriptions of patients with oral mucosal diseases from June to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The distribution of different oral mucosal disease diagnoses and the use of various drugs were analyzed,with specific analysis on the top 5 diseases by prescription number.Results:A total of 36 clinical diagnoses of oral mucosal diseases were included,among which the top 5 diseases by prescription number were oral lichen planus(OLP),recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU),stomatitis,glossitis and cheilitis.A total of 32 oral drugs(4531 prescriptions),19 topical drugs(3800 prescriptions)and 9 injections(1925 prescriptions)were involved.Drug therapy was dominated by systemic administration,topical administration and local blocking therapy.Partial off-label drug use was found in the top 5 diseases.Conclusion:The hospital covers a wide range of oral mucosal diseases,but the types of drugs are limited.Partial off-label drug use cases are found in drug treatment regimens.In view of the limited drugs in the hospital,future efforts can be made to strengthen the management of off-label drug use,carry out clinical research to expand drug indications,develop new dosage forms and new hospital preparations,so as to provide more options for clinical diagnosis and treatment of oral mucosal diseases.
