基于"玄府气液"学说论治转移性结肠癌并发不完全性肠梗阻OA

Incomplete intestinal obstruction(IIO)is one of the common complications of metastatic colon cancer(mCC),falling under the category of"intestinal obstruction disease"in traditional Chinese medicine.Xuanfu serves as the microscopic pathway for the circulation of Qi and fluid,and its obstruction leads to abnormal movement of Qi and fluid,stagnation of Qi,blood stasis,and fluid retention,which are critical pathological factors in the progression of the disease.Based on the theory of"Xuanfu Qi and Fluid",and in light of the clinical characteristics of mCC complicated by IIO,a staged treatment approach is proposed:in the initial stage,the focus is on inhibiting cancer and detoxifying,as well as nourishing Xuanfu;in the middle stage,methods such as regulating Qi to relieve stagnation,promoting diuresis to resolve turbidity,and unblocking the bowels to resolve stasis are employed to harmonize Qi and fluid,open Xuanfu,and alleviate intestinal obstruction;in the final stage,the emphasis shifts to tonifying deficiency and strengthening the root,as well as regulating the internal organs.The approach highlights the dynamic integration of pathogenesis and stages,ultimately aiming to achieve balanced opening and closing of Xuanfu and harmony of Qi and fluid,providing new insights into the treatment strategies for mCC complicated by IIO.
