胃充盈超声造影评估华法林对胃动力及胃排空功能的影响OA
Evaluation of gastric motility and gastric emptying function in patients taking warfarin using gastric filling contrast-enhanced ultrasonography
目的:基于胃充盈超声造影探讨华法林对胃动力及胃排空功能的影响.方法:纳入59例服用华法林的患者(试验组),根据服药时长又分为＞5年组36例和≤5年组23例;同期选取56例健康志愿者作为对照组.采用胃充盈超声造影评估各组的胃动力参数与胃排空参数:胃蠕动波频率(GPF)、胃蠕动波峰强度(GPA)、胃壁增厚率(GWTR)、胃动力指数(GMI)、胃窦收缩幅度(ACA),以及10、20、30 min时的近端胃、远端胃、胃窦的排空率(GER).结果:试验组GPA、GWTR、GMI、ACA及各时间点GER均低于对照组(均P＜0.05),GPF差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);＞5年组GPA、GWTR、GMI、ACA及各时间点GER均低于≤5年组(均P＜0.05),GPF差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:服用华法林患者存在胃动力减弱和胃排空延迟现象.
Objective:To investigate the effects of warfarin on gastric motility and gastric emptying function using gastric filling contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.Methods:A total of 59 warfarin-treated patients(experimental group)were included,and were further divided into a>5 years group(36 cases)and a≤5 years group(23 cases)according to medication duration.Another 56 healthy individuals were selected as the control group.Gastric motility and gastric emptying parameters,including gastric peristaltic frequency(GPF),gastric peristaltic wave peak amplitude(GPA),gastric wall thickening rate(GWTR),gastric motility index(GMI),and antral contraction amplitude(ACA)were evaluated in each group using gastric filling contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.The gastric emptying rate(GER)in the proximal stomach,distal stomach,and gastric antrum were assessed at 10,20,and 30 minutes.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed significantly lower GPA,GWTR,GMI,ACA,and GER at all time points(all P<0.05),while no statistically significant difference was observed in GPF(P>0.05).The>5 years group showed lower GPA,GWTR,GMI,ACA,and GER at all time points compared with the≤5 years group(all P<0.05),while no statistically significant difference was observed in GPF(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients taking warfarin have reduced gastric motility and delayed gastric emptying.
