精之阴阳属性辨析OA
Discrimination of the yin and yang attributes of Jing
精,作为构成和维系生命的基本物质之一,其与阴阳属性的联系始于《黄帝内经》.阴精与阳精,一个整体中分化而出的两个对立统一的意象,历代医家并未给予二者明确的定义.文章通过理论研究和医籍梳理,从精的分类、生成以及功能3个方面进行探讨,发掘阴阳理论与精的内在联系,从而明确阴阳二精的定义与运用范围,以期对相关理论研究与临床辨治有所裨益.
Jing,as one of the basic substances that constitutes and sustains life,its association with the attributes of yin and yang began in Huangdi Neijing.Yin-Jing and yang-Jing,two opposing and unified images in a whole,have not been clearly defined by medical practitioners throughout the ages,and the meanings symbolized by yin-Jing and yang-Jing have not been standardized.Through theoretical research and medical literature,the article discusses the classification,generation and transformation of Jing and its functional connotation,and explores the intrinsic connection between yin-yang theory and Jing,thus clarifying the definition and application of yin-Jing and yang-Jing,with a view to benefiting the relevant theoretical research and clinical practice.
