《黄帝内经》神识系统辨析与思考OA

In recent years,the incidence of psychiatric and neurological disorders has been on the rise,and the theory of Shen in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has regained extensive academic attention.As the cornerstone of the TCM theoretical system,Huangdi Neijing integrates profound philosophical connotations into its elaboration of Shen.This paper conducts a systematic and in-depth analysis of the descriptions related to Shen in Huangdi Neijing,and broadly categorizes Shen into three broad categories:the Shen of nature,the Shen of the human body,and the Shen of psyche.On this basis,it summarizes the Shen consciousness system,which uses the essence of the spleen and kidney as its material foundation,the Hun of the liver and the Po of the lung as its functional manifestation,and the Shen residing in the heart as its governing core.This paper further expounds the guiding role of this system in evaluating life status,revealing the rhythm of life,and guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment,and proposes a syndrome differentiation system with the core framework of'substance-Shen-appearance-brilliance'.This study aims to make concrete the profound and abstract concept of Shen,so as to better guide clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment,and promote in-depth research and discussion on the theory of Shen.
