中医药防治慢性病共病的特色优势及实践路径OA

Multiple chronic conditions(MCCs)have become the new normal of endangering people's health.Its complex,diverse and changeable characteristics have brought severe challenges to clinical diagnosis and treatment.Based on the holistic view,differentiation of pathogenesis,treatment and prevention of disease,TCM has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of MCCs.The holistic view follows the unity of man and nature,society and their own integrity,and emphasizes the treatment method of'heterozygous treatment'in view of the complex body state;Differentiation of pathogenesis and treatment,exploration of complex pathogenesis,and realization of'simultaneous treatment of different diseases';Prevention is the priority of preventive treatment,which can regulate the body state and reduce the occurrence and recurrence of disease.Finally,some practical paths such as strengthening high-quality evidence-based research,building a digital management platform,and exploring a new model of health management are further proposed,in order to provide effective assistance for the diagnosis,treatment and management of MCCs.
