脑网络是由大脑各区域间的解剖与功能连接协同形成的宏观组织模式.脑卒中后运动功能恢复涉及多个关键脑网络的动态重组与代偿,而非仅局限于局部神经组织损伤修复.其中,感觉运动网络、注意网络和默认网络等均发生时间依赖性的特征性变化,且康复干预时机、频率与强度,以及脑卒中部位、年龄等因素显著影响脑网络重组效果.脑网络连接改变可作为脑卒中后运动功能恢复潜在的生物标志物,为制定个体化康复策略提供理论依据.

Brain networks refer to macroscopic organizational patterns formed by the synergistic interplay of anatomical and functional connections between different regions of the brain.The recovery of motor function after stroke involves the dynamic reorganization and compensation of multiple key brain networks,rather than being limited solely to the repair of local neural tissue damage.Among these,networks such as the sensorimotor network,attention network,and default mode network undergo characteristic,time-dependent changes.Furthermore,factors such as the timing,frequency,and intensity of rehabilitation interventions,as well as stroke location and patient age,significantly influence the effectiveness of brain network reorganization.Alterations in brain network connectivity can serve as potential biomarkers for motor function recovery after stroke,providing a theoretical basis for developing individualized rehabilitation strategies.
