能量代谢是维持生命活动的基础,其动态变化与生物体的衰老紧密相连.随着年龄的增长,能量代谢效率逐渐下降,线粒体功能、代谢信号通路和代谢-表观遗传修饰随之发生显著变化,这一过程进一步影响细胞功能、组织稳态及整体的健康状态,驱动衰老及相关疾病的发生.调控能量代谢可改善糖脂代谢、细胞自噬和线粒体功能,降低氧化应激,达到延缓衰老和改善衰老相关疾病的作用.整合新兴技术,实现对能量代谢的动态监测与衰老过程的精准干预,是未来研究的重要方向.

Energy metabolism serves as the fundamental basis for sustaining life activities,with its dynamic changes being intrinsically linked to organismal aging.As age advances,the efficiency of energy metabolism progressively declines,accompanied by significant alterations in mitochondrial function,metabolic signaling pathways,and metabolite-mediated epigenetic modifications.This process further compromise cellular function,tissue homeostasis,and overall health,thereby driving the onset of aging and related diseases.Modulating energy metabolism has been shown to ameliorate glucose and lipid metabolism,enhance cellular autophagy and mitochondrial function,and reduce oxidative stress,thereby exerting anti-aging effects and mitigating aging-associated pathologies.Integrating emerging technologies to enable dynamic monitoring of energy metabolism and precise intervention in the aging process represents a pivotal direction for future research.
