岩藻糖基化修饰在抗肿瘤和感染免疫中的研究进展OA
Progress of fucosylation modification in anti-tumor and infection Immunity
岩藻糖基化是糖基化修饰常见的类型之一,其聚糖结构常见于细胞表面,广泛参与真核与原核生物的多种生理、病理活动,包括组织发育、细胞黏附、感染、炎症和肿瘤转移等.在肿瘤免疫治疗中,IgG型抗体的岩藻糖基化水平与抗体依赖细胞介导的细胞毒作用(antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity,ADCC)呈负相关,因此岩藻糖基化的缺乏在肿瘤免疫治疗中潜力巨大.在抗感染方面,有研究表明岩藻糖基化修饰与微生物的毒力和侵袭性密切相关,机体可通过调节岩藻糖基化水平实现免疫防御.本文综述了岩藻糖基化的生物合成过程,并探讨了其在抗肿瘤和感染免疫中的研究与应用.
Fucosylation is one of the common types of glycosylation modifications,and its glycan structures is commonly found on the cell surface and widely participate in various physiological and pathological activities in both eukaryotic and prokaryotic organisms,including tissue development,cell adhesion,infection,inflammation and tumor metastasis.In tumor immunotherapy,the level of fucosylation of IgG-type antibodies is negatively correlated with antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity(ADCC),so the lack of fucosylation has great potential in tumor immunotherapy.In terms of anti-infection,it has been shown that fucosylation modifications are closely related to microbial virulence and invasiveness,and the host can achieve immune defense by regulating fucosylation levels.This paper reviews the biosynthetic process of fucosylation and discusses its research and application in antitumor and infection immunity.
