2025年ESGO-ESTRO-ESP子宫内膜癌患者管理指南解读OA

In 2023,based on advances in understanding the pathological and molecular characteristics of endometrial cancer,The International Federation of Gynaecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)released an updated staging system for endometrial cancer.This system aims to more accurately stratify prognostic groups and identify relevant treatment subgroups by incorporating factors reflecting tumor biological characteristics(histological subtype,lymphovascular space invasion,and molecular classification)and refining anatomical factors(peritoneal metastatic carcinoma and lymph node metastasis).To improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment for patients with gynecological cancers,in 2025,the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology(ESGO),the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology(ESTRO),and the European Society of Pathology(ESP)updated the evidence-based ESGO-ESTRO-ESP guidelines originally published in 2021.This updated version incorporates the revised FIGO staging criteria and includes a large body of new evidence on the management of endometrial cancer.This article interprets the new guidelines to facilitate their application in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer.
