中药熏洗在肛周坏死性筋膜炎术后康复中的应用效果OA

Objective:To investigate the application effect of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing in the postoperative rehabilitation of perianal necrotizing fasciitis.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 60 patients with perianal necrotizing fasciitis who underwent surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from April 2023 to April 2025.The patients were divided into a control group(receiving routine treatment after surgery)and an observation group(receiving Chinese herbal fumigation and washing in addition to routine treatment after surgery)based on their previous treatment plans.Each group consisted of 30 patients,and the pain levels and wound exudate were compared between the two groups on the 1st,7th,14th,and 21st days after surgery;and the inflammation levels of both groups were measured on the 1st and 21st day after surgery.Meanwhile,the critical time for wound repair between the two groups were recorded and compared.Result:The VAS and wound exudate scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 7th,14th,and 21st days after surgery,the levels of CRP and WBC were lower than those of the control group on the 21st day after surgery,and the time for necrotic tissue shedding and wound healing were earlier than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal fumigation and washing can alleviate postoperative pain in patients with perianal necrotizing fasciitis,improve wound exudation,control inflammatory response,and promote postoperative wound repair.
