自拟活血骨复汤加味联合中医推拿对全膝关节置换术后患者康复效果的影响OA

Objective:To investigate the application value of self-made modified Huoxue Gufu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage in patients after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Method:A total of 60 patients who underwent TKA at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2024 to March 2025 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received basic routine treatment and rehabilitation training after the operation.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine massage,and the observation group was treated with self-made modified Huoxue Gufu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The pain level(VAS score),bone metabolism indicators[bone gla protein(BGP),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)],knee joint function[hospital for special surgery(HSS)score],and the incidence of complications were compared between groups.Result:Four weeks after the operation,the VAS score and BALP level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the BGP level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Three months after the operation,the scores of each dimension of HSS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made modified Huoxue Gufu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage can alleviate the pain level of patients after TKA,improve bone metabolism indicators,promote the recovery of knee joint function,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
