头端可弯曲负压吸引鞘在<3.0 cm结石输尿管软镜碎石术中的应用效果OA

Objective:To investigate the application effect of flexible negative pressure sheath in patients with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy for calculus<3.0 cm.Method:One hundred patients with calculus<3.0 cm who underwent flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy treatment at the Third People's Hospital of Huishan District,Wuxi City from October 2023 to October 2024 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.Both groups underwent flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy treatment.The control group used the conventional sheath during the operation,and the observation group used flexible negative pressure sheath during the operation.The stone clearance rate,the incidence rate of complications,pain degree(VAS score),kidney injury indexes[kidney injury molecule-1(KIM-1)and neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(NGAL)]and inflammatory response indexes(IL-6,CRP and IL-10)of two groups were compared.Result:The stone clearance rate of the observation group at 1 day,3 days and 1 month after operation were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 1 day,3 days after operation,the VAS scores,the levels of kidney injury indexes and and inflammatory response indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The flexible negative pressure sheath has a good application effect in flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy for calculus<3.0 cm.It can increase the stone clearance rate,alleviate the patient's pain degree,renal function damage and inflammatory response.
